We aim to process and dispatch all orders the first working day they are received, although there are some circumstances where this is not possible due to variables outside of our control. Reliable carriers are used and any stated delivery times are estimated, as it is impossible to allow for all eventualities; therefore we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur as a result of the courier/delivery service. In the case of a missing or delayed delivery attempts will be made to locate the parcel. In the event that we are unable to locate your parcel, replacements will be sent.
